The family-owned Scott Thomas Custom Saddles was started by Scott Thomas and his wife, Amie Thomas, following years of working together within the industry. After being involved in the saddle industry for over 40 years, Scott ultimately paired with his wife to pursue their dreams of owning and managing a saddle business of their own. Today, the couple works alongside their two daughters, Gracie Sue and Charlye Elise, to build high-quality, handcrafted saddles at competitive prices.

All Scott Thomas Saddles are constructed with the finest materials, including stainless steel hardware and Hermann Oak Leather that was tanned in the United States. Meanwhile, the company’s saddle trees have been modified over the years with the help of input from the many world champions, horse clinicians, saddle makers and saddle experts who Scott has worked alongside over the years. It is for this reason that the company is able to proudly stand behind all of its saddle trees with a ten-year warranty while also offering upgrades that include a lifetime warranty on the tree.

Regardless of the tree utilized in the saddle’s construction, all Scott Thomas Saddles feature trees that have been tested, ridden and modified to ensure they offer the best possible fit. Similarly, the saddles themselves are handmade, hand cut, hand tooled and hand finished in order to create a truly custom saddle for every rider.
